Tell me about your wall, location, ideas, and goals. Photographs and approximate measurements help me understand the space and begin developing possibilities.
2 / Design and Approval
create a custom mural concept based on our conversation. We review the design together and make agreed-upon adjustments before painting begins.
3 / Painting and Completion
​Once the design, timeline, and agreement are approved, I bring the artwork to life. The finished mural is created specifically for your space and story.

I’m Nicole Ormsby, an artist, muralist, and former special education teacher based in Kure Beach, North Carolina. I create vibrant, personalized murals designed to reflect the story, character, and purpose of each space.
My work is rooted in color, connection, and the belief that art can transform more than a wall. Every project is created in collaboration with the client and designed to feel meaningful to the people who experience it.
Art With a Greater Purpose
I am also the founder of Painted Beauty, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for uninhibited artistic expression for individuals with disabilities.
As Murals By Nicole grows, it also helps raise awareness for Painted Beauty and its mission of creating art without barriers.
